Sailing Range

As an avid, my wife says obsessed, sailor I have been very keen to develop customised kit for all types of water sports. Traditionally sailing clubs had plain polo shirts with the club logo embroidered on the left chest. We offer this product but there is so much more we can do using the sublimation process to produce a unique uniform for your club, boat or association. The garments are fully sublimated in mesh or jersey. We can use your design or our graphic designer can develop a concept with your input that will be unique to your team or boat. You can have unlimited design features, embellishments, logo’s, fades, swirls. Let your imagination run wild. All embellishments, logos, sponsors, names and numbers are included in the cost as is the original artwork. The result is a premium full-colour, photographic-quality image that will not crack, peel or wash away from the garment. We also offer the same process to produce rash vests and PFD bibs for our dinghy friends.

Browse our supplier catalogues section on our site to see the wide range of off the shelf garments which include polos, T’s, jackets, fleeces, caps, shorts and sports bags all of which can be personalised with embroidery or with a heat press. Each supplier have sizing charts to help you find the right sizes as us sailors come in all shapes and sizes.

A week before last year’s Sydney Hobart race a frantic member of a participating boat rang to get a set of crew gear. We hit her deadline with a much better price than the big name marine brands!

To promote your club we manufacture sublimated banners in different sizes using the same process as our uniforms, one of our banners has adorned the Rosman ferry following the historical 18ft skiffs for the last couple of years. They are constructed using polyester so they do not crack like plastic banners and can be popped into a washing machine when dirty.

How we work.

Pick up the phone ring 9807 4411 or drop into our new showroom at unit 19/ 56 Buffalo Road, Gladesville and chat with our friendly st

aff about your crew gear. The sublimation process takes 5-6 weeks from signing off the design and sizing. Try not to have a crew gear committee it will only delay and complicate the process!

If you need a shortened time frame we can usually source garments from our local suppliers dependant on their stock within a few days. Embellishments, embroidered or heat pressings could take maybe 2 weeks.

Embellishments / designs should be provided in vector format ie Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or Corel Draw.
