In addition to our core business designing and producing sublimated garments we offer Embroidery, Heat Pressing and Digital to Garment services. We also source a huge range of merchandising products from water bottles to banners.
Embroidery is a cost effective way to display your brand, company or team logo .It always looks professional, has a high perceived value and will retain its appearance for the life of the garment.
Send us a vector file of your logo, text or design (Adobe illustrator, Photo Shop) and we will obtain a quote and get a strike off for you to approve or drop into our showroom and discuss your requirements with our friendly team. Prices vary dependant on the number of colours and complexity of the design. If you want us to design a logo for you our graphic artist can take your idea and produce a unique image.
Browse our stock service section for your choice of garment and supply us with the style , numbers and sizing and we can get the show on the road. Production time is dependent on stock availability but usually within 7-10 working days.
Garment Printing & Screen Printing
Cooper Teamwear has just installed the latest Direct to Garment Printer. The new printer enables us to take your photo, image or idea and print directly to your choice of garment, T shirt, polo or hoody on site. No set up costs, low pricing and small runs are now possible with a fast production time. Personalise your gift for birthdays, parties, events, stag nights, golf and fishing days in fact any event. Drop into our showroom, chat with our designers and get a very special customised top for your special occasion. For larger runs we offer screen printing, costs are dependent on complexity and colour range of the design.
An alternative to embroidery is heat pressing. Technology has moved on from the old thick white films that were used to number your footy jerseys which cracked, peeled and discoloured. The new films are micro thin, flexible, can stretch and even be ironed. We heat press loads of numbers and names for sports shirts and bags but also corporate logos for business shirts and polo’s.
The benefits of heat pressing against embroidery include, no set up fees, no back patch against your skin and a huge range of films with cool special effects, 3d, metallic, flock and much much more!
