Users of our on line shops agree that they are over the age of 18 or have been given permission by a consenting adult to use our site.
Products contained within our site may not be used for any illegal or unauthorized purpose (including but not limited to copyright laws). You may not reproduce, copy, sell or resell any portion, including artworks without express permission from us.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
The information on our site is not to be used as the sole basis for making decisions without consultation of more accurate and complete sources. Reliance on the material on our site is at your own risk.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notification.
We reserve the right to discontinue or change any or all of the content and services offered in our website.
Products available via our on line shops may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only accordingly to our policy in our FAQ section.
Images and drawings displayed on our website have been shown as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of colours displayed on your computer monitor.
We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products offered. Product descriptions and pricing are subject to change without notice at any time. Products offered may be discontinued at anytime at our discretion.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may limit or cancel any quantities ordered at our discretion.
In the event of a cancellation or a change to an order we will make every attempt to contact you by details provided by you during the ordering process.

We may provide you with access to third party tools such as 'Pay Pal'. We have no control over nor do we monitor such third parties.

The Terms and Conditions as set out above remain in effect until terminated by us. You may terminate these Terms and Conditions by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our website. However if, in our judgement, you have not, or we suspect you have not, complied with any provision set out herein we may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination.
The failure, perceived or otherwise, of us to to enforce the Terms and Conditions for this website and online shop shall not constitute a waiver of any of the aforementioned Terms and Conditions.

Q: HOW DO I ORDER BJP 125 YEAR PRODUCT?
A: Click on the BJP 125 Year icon. Choose the products and/or garments you wish to purchase. For garments you will be required to add in a quantity per size variant.
Q:HOW DO I SELECT THE CORRECT GARMENT SIZE?
A: Follow the instructions on the product detail page for the garment you wish to purchase. Please note the measurements shown in the size charts are a guide only. They are all finished garment measurements and are subject to a commercial tolerance allowance of plus or minus 1 - 2 cms.
Q: HOW DO I ADD MY CLUB NAME TO SWING SINGLET?
A: For an additional $5.00 per singlet we will heat press your club name only, in approved club colours, to the back of the swing singlet. Click on the "Club Name" icon and add the quantity required equal to the number of singlets you have ordered.
Q: CAN I PLACE A CLUB ORDER?

A: Cooper Teamwear offers secure payment via PAYPAL. Payment can also be made via VISA and MASTERCARD. American Express is not accepted.
Q: HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE ?
A: Your products will be dispatched in approx. 4 - 6 weeks dependant on delivery from the manufacturer.
Q: WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
A: $15.00 for NSW. $20.00 for VIC and QLD. $25.00 for WA and SA.
Q: CAN I PICK UP IN STORE?
A: Unfortunately we are not set up or insured for collections in store.
Q: WHAT IS YOUR POLICY FOR RETURNS AND REFUNDS?
A: If for some reason there is a manufacturing defect with your product please return your product for exchange, refund or credit. ALL returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned products must be in the original packaging and condition that you received them.
There will be no refund or credit for change of mind or selection of incorrect size, however will will exchange for a different size or similar product. Freight for these exchanges is at your cost.
Refunds ( If applicable) - Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify of receipt of the returned product and of the approval or rejection of your refund
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.
Q: What is sublimation?
A: When sublimation inks are heated to 400°F, they turn into a gas and form a permanent bond to 100% polyester fabric or items that have a polymer coating. The result is a premium full-colour, photographic-quality image that will not crack, peel or wash away from the substrate.
Q: What are the benefits of sublimating garments?
A: We can take your design or our graphic artist can develop a unique concept with your input.
You can have unlimited design features, embellishments, logo’s, fades, swirls. Let your imagination run wild.
Q: What is the minimum number of garments I have to order for sublimation?
A: Eleven. Please note this quantity is not applicable to the on line shop.
Q: What information do you need to start the order process?
A: What style garment - We have customised designs for different sports as in Cricket, Baseball, Netball etc. We also offer long and short sleeved polo shirts.
Sizing - We have size sets for most of our designs.
Artwork - Our artist usually designs three concepts for consideration including all embellishments. We will make changes to artwork FOC but retain the right to charge if the changes become protracted.
Fabric - We produce in 100% polyester, mesh and jersey.
Q: What is the production time of a sublimated garment?
A: From sign off of the final artwork, approximately 5 – 6 weeks.
Q: I only have a week until our first game and I need a uniform can you help?
A: We have a number of local suppliers where we can source a wide range of garments covering most sports. You can browse their catalogues in our store or online on the Cooper site in the Supplier Catalogues section. When you have made your choice you need to work out sizing and what embellishments you need ie Logo’s, names numbers. We usually heat press embellishments.
Q: What other services do you offer?
A: For a really professional look we can embroider your garments. There is a one off set up fee. Costs vary dependant on how many colours and the complexity of the logo. This usually takes about a week after the strike off is approved. An alternative to embroidery is heat pressing. We use ultra-thin Italian film which is cut or printed with an extensive range of finishes including 3D, metallic and glitter. There is no set up fee and no heavy backing to irritate your skin. It is also a quick process. For larger garment runs we can screen print, prices again are dependent on complexity of image and number of colours. We can print 100% cotton garments in store, no minimums and with a fast production time. We source our cotton T shirts from Sportage which are high quality and absorb the ink to give an excellent finish. You can browse their catalogue in store or online on the Cooper Teamwear site in the catalogue section.
Q: Do you have a showroom so I can look at samples and discuss our uniform needs?
A: We have a showroom full of samples at Unit 19/56 Buffalo Rd, Gladesville 2111.
Q: What are your trading hours?
A: Our official trading hours are 9 – 5.30 Monday to Friday. Other times are by appointment.
We try to be flexible and often start early and finish late, if we are in the showroom we are working!
Q: How can I pay you?
A: Payment is cash on delivery on smaller orders. On larger orders a deposit of 25% is required. We take credit cards, bank transfers and cheques.
Q: Can we use the artwork you have created for other garments?
A: We have spent many painstaking hours, heaps of sweat and tears and a lot of our money creating our patterns
and designs for players all over Australia to enjoy so please respect this and do not pass them to anyone for the
purposes of being copied, replicated or otherwise improperly used.
Q: Do we pay for artwork?
A: The creation of your artwork is part of our offer. We usually develop two or three designs in conjunction with your ideas.
Generally we do not charge for artwork but in certain circumstances ie many design changes there may be a charge applied.
Logos / artwork should be supplied in the correct vector format ie photoshop, adobe illustrator or corel draw. Any other format may lead to our graphic artist redrawing the artwork which will incur a small charge.
